The global coworking company, WeWork, is opening another location in the heart of Tel Aviv's business district at the junction of Derech Hashalom, Yigal Alon, and Tozeret Ha'aretz strees - within the new ToHa building. The location is expected to be spread over 27,000 square meters and will launch in February 2019. Members of the compound will enjoy WeWork's private offices in all sizes, meeting rooms, lounge areas, and fully equipped kitchens.

WeWork is negotiating a deal to lease half of the ToHa office tower, which is currently being built on Totzeret Ha'Aretz Street. It is estimated that rents in the common workspace will range from 70-80 NIS per square meter.
Mindspace, the co-working spaces chain, has rented four additional floors of 3,500 sq.m. in Zion House on Rothschild Boulevard and will increase the existing Rothschild branch to 5,200 sq.m.
The opening of the new space is expected at the beginning of next year.
