The most recent general manager is distant and in my experience, not very friendly. I really feel that a building like this needs a super-star manager whose priority is hospitality. I miss the previous general managers who had energy and charisma. The building itself is managed by Durst Organization and only supports AC/ heat from 9AM-6PM. Out of order toilets are not rare.
Nice place to work out of. Convenient location. Across from Grand Central
Large WeWork facility on multiple floors. Very busy and most everyone seemed happy. I gave a speech there and staff was very helpful setting up the event.
Fun place, but too noisy and crowded. Also make sure you arrive early for any of the free food events. They always order very little food and drink, that are usually gone in minutes.
Cool co-working space with a few floors, ample-sized conference rooms, and free beer.
