Occupying two levels of a handsome 12-story building between two of the city’s prettiest parks—Gramercy Square and Madison Square—the Gramercy office space is a sweet spot. Just half a block from the 6 and two blocks from the N, Q, and R lines, your commute is lightning fast. Many of the members here, though, including representatives from PR, marketing, and media companies, actually live nearby. For that lunchtime grab-and-go, Shake Shack’s original outpost is a favorite. To impress clients, Eataly is a bit more upscale and also close to home. The bar scene is unbeatable, with favorites like Live Bait, The Globe, and Ampersand within easy walking distance. For a happening place to base your business, head to WeWork Gramercy.
Built in 1914, this legacy building served as a solid foundation for the coworking space. WeWork updated the classics with bright lounges, well-equipped conference rooms, and a professional-yet-laid-back vibe. Light finishes and furniture rich in color and texture liven up the space and energize our community. A hand-drawn bookcase mural on the main common floor welcomes guests in classic WeWork fashion. Beyond the signature WeWork amenities like onsite staff, weekly events, and private phone booths, and a new mothers’ room to help support an empowered workforce. At WeWork Gramercy, discover a place where your business fits right in.

Have been in this location since it opened, and it's been a tremendous place to grow our business. The staff is amazing, and the companies that are based here are impressive. We even now count at least one of them among our clients, and it's all because we were neighbors. This is my home away from home.
Our company has been here for 18 months and love it! Super friendly and always helpful community team. Gramercy location is a little more cozy and not a zoo like some of the other locations we toured. Glass wall partitions could be a little thicker to drown out the hallway conversations.
Excellent shared working space with amazing collaborative environment, friendly staff and active social event calendar. This is a more intimate WeWork with only two floors and the staff makes it feel like home. Location is amazing with access to everything you need within a few blocks. My only complaint is that the bathrooms sometime get overcrowded. Overall, an awesome place to work!
We've been at this WeWorks for almost 2 years now and are very happy to have our office here. The staff is awesome, always friendly and willing to help, making the atmosphere welcoming and warm. Spaces are well kept and clean making it also a great professional environment.
