Much like the Square itself, the location is a place you’ll love to come back to. WeWork have brought infinity mirrors to the lobby ceilings and lounge walls to visually expand the space, custom painted the wooden trellis to add a touch of character, and added statuary marble to the kitchen area pantry to solidify its residential charm. You’re left with workspace that’s equal parts concrete and cozy, an ideal foundation for any business. Of course you’ll find WeWork’s more common amenities like refreshing fruit water, onsite cleaning staff, and private phone booths, but members at this location also enjoy more unique perks like a designated brainstorming room, a pet-friendly policy, and a private room for new mothers. Your business will fit right in.
The compound has multiple lounges that are living-room-style spaces designed for creativity, comfort, and productivity. The compound also has communal brainstorming & wellness rooms.

To the full article at Architectural digestI'm a WeWork member in DC but spend a lot of time in NY too. I love that there are WeWork locations across the US, and I suppose all over the world! Anyways, it's super convenient, I'm a big fan of WeWork, and I've been to dozens of different WeWork locations. The thing that really stands out to me about the 88 University location in particular is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, make new people feel welcome, and they hustle to make sure their members are happy. They are attentive to members' needs and do everything they can to cultivate great member experiences. They help to plan really fun member happy hours every Thursday too. This is also one of the only WeWork locations in NY with Nitro Cold Brew on tap, an added perk for working out of this location. I highly recommend checking out this location!
This has been one of the best locations in terms of community staff, amenities, and proximity to public transit (plus great lunch eats) with Union Square and Washington Square just steps away. I also enjoy the large space which provides options for members to tuck away and work quietly or work alongside other WeWork members. The space is always super clean and neat too, which goes a long way.
WeWork 88 University is a fantastic place to work. I'm a WeWork member in DC but come up to NY regularly and the staff at WeWork 88 University is 1st class. They always make sure that I have a space to be productive and interact with other members. Plus the amenities are great too. Couldn't recommend them more highly!
I've been to a number of WeWorks in the DC and New York areas and was super impressed by the 88 U team and the space they operate in. Everything is extremely well kept after and organized; and it shows in the small details of the space. The team behind the scenes are accommodating and a pleasure to work with. They also put on great community events and throw awesome parties.
Been a WeWork member since July 2016 and can honestly say 88 University is awesome! Kendall and Elliot and the rest of the management team over there are super responsive and helpful with any issues and questions I have. Highly recommend using credits here if you are in the city.
