About REGUS Birmingham Temple Row

The Birmingham business centre is set in a modern office building in the heart of Birmingham's business district with some offices overlooking St Phillip's Cathedral. The location within the Colmore Row Business Centre is unique. This is not only one of the city's most prestigious business addresses. It is also a conservation area where, in sharp contrast with the modern architecture of 43 Temple Row, listed buildings including back-to-back houses preserved by the National Trust demonstrate Birmingham's rich history. The area is known as the Colmore Business District and is Birmingham's main hub for professional and business service companies. Around 500 companies, employing about 35,000 people, are based in this diverse business community which provides quality services and expertise to regional, national and international clients. It shares a strong sense of identity and continues to invest in enhancing its immediate environment and strengthening its collective business voice.

Regus office space in Birmingham Temple Row offers a communal kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities.

The compound has a comfortable business lounge allowing its members to stay productive on the move and a smaller break out area to brainstorm ideas.

I signed up for Regus pods in Dec 2015. I paid Rs. 9931.00 in advance for 6 months (Dec 2015-May 2016), although I needed it for just 1 month because it was mandatory. I stopped going there after a week due to the pods being extremely uncomfortable.

Horrible service from Regus in Sydney, Australia. They charge whatever they want, invoices lack any useful detail and when you try to resolve the issues Regus staff just run and hide, ignoring all phone calls and attempts to resolve in person. I could never recommend Regus to any of my business network after this experience!

Horrible experience, awful customer service and not transparent policies. They make you renew the contracts for many months and then auto-renew it a lot before the actual renovation period starts. If you decide that next month or in two months you need to leave, chances are that you will lose money.

Nice place for meetings but security is a bit of an issue getting on the floors once you in the building

I had very bad experience with Regus. Please be careful and expect hidden fees.
