About REGUS Birmingham Broad Street
This centre is in Quayside Tower, a modern commercial building on Broad Street, one of Birmingham's busiest streets. The 20-storey commercial building forms a prominent part of the Broad Street skyline with its many other high-rise buildings. It was completely refurbished in 2003 with the installation of a new reception area, curtain walling and roof feature. Quayside is within easy walking distance of a wide range of facilities including Birmingham's canal district, New Street station and the Bullring, Europe's largest shopping centre. Neighbours include a number of high-profile companies in sectors ranging from banking and financial services to broadcasting. Birmingham has been called 'the workshop of the world' and the 'city of a thousand trades'. It has earned a reputation as a great place in the United Kingdom to locate a business and is a national hub for conferences, retail and events as well as having an established hi-tech, research and development sector. Lying at the centre of the UK's motorway network, Birmingham is easily accessible via the M5, M6, M40 and M42. Extensive rail communications also provide direct access to all major UK cities and Birmingham International Airport provides links to the rest of the world.
Regus Birmingham Broad Street offers a communal kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities.
The compound has a comfortable business lounge allowing its members to stay productive on the move and a smaller break out area to brainstorm ideas.

Pathetic centre with no focus on customer service at all. The centre is run totally unprofessionally. They try to overcharge you for everything as soon as you sign the contract. They promise you one service at a fixed price and next month they will increase the price without consulting and if you don't agree to the raised price, they threaten you to stop your access and giving your account to debt collection agency despite of the fact that the agreed charges are already paid. AVOID this centre at every cost. There are many more well managed centres in/around Birmingham.
I used these offices for a business meeting, and I highly recommend. The meeting rooms are first class with a very professional clean atmosphere and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I was staying in the area with no knowledge of Birmingham and the staff were very helpful in suggesting places to visit and eat. Will definitely use again if i'm in the area.
I have been renting an office space here at Regus Quayside for the last 12 months. They have been very supportive with our expansion over the last year. The staff are friendly and helpful and provide first class service.
