About REGUS Edinburgh St Andrew Square
The Edinburgh St Andrew business centre is located in a listed 1960s building designed by illustrious architect Sir Basil Spence. A roof garden on the top floor offers views of Edinburgh Castle and the Firth of Forth. The business centre enjoys a central position in the heart of Edinburgh's beautiful Georgian New Town. St Andrew Square is a desirable and prestigious address, established as the commercial centre for Edinburgh since the 19th century. Most of the buildings still house offices of banks and insurance companies, making it one of the major financial centres in Scotland. Edinburgh's economy is based mainly on financial services, scientific research, higher education, and tourism. The city can boast the highest percentage of professionals in the UK with 43% of the population holding a degree-level or professional qualification. It was named European Best Large City of the Future for Foreign Direct Investment by the Financial Times in 2012/13.
Regus Edinburgh St Andrew Square offers a communal kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities.
The compound has a comfortable business lounge allowing its members to stay productive on the move and a smaller break out area to brainstorm ideas.

Some suites here are better than others, and the degree of aircon (useful when warm) in the office can vary between suites. The location is great and the kitchen has filtered water on tap (albeit rather slow to come out!) and the standard amenities required. Location, location, location.
Excellent location at the centre of Edinburgh. St. Andrews Square is easily accessible by tram, train or bus. Limited car park spaces are also available underneath the offices and around the square. Fantastic staff and great facilities (Sparking water on tap). Ideal for any business that needs a central easy accessible location.
MWB Business centre, a perfect office space for what ever size of operation. We have been running a few remedial construction projects in the city centre and this offers a great modern central location for our base. Very clean well laid out offices, great kitchen facilities also a great range of meeting rooms available. Fantastic staff who couldn't be more helpful and accommodating!! Our business highly recommends this facility.
Excellent location in Edinburgh city centre. The MWB Business Exchange offers modern office suites that can be tailored to individual business needs. Great kitchen facilities and break out areas plus plenty of meeting rooms. Fantastic staff who are both helpful and accommodating.
Having been in a few serviced offices I can honestly say you won't meet a more helpful bunch than the team here! The offices are well located in St Andrew Square, clean and well stocked with a proper coffee machine, perfect for a morning wake up. A great location and facility to run your business from.
