I signed up for Regus pods in Dec 2015. I paid Rs. 9931.00 in advance for 6 months (Dec 2015-May 2016), although I needed it for just 1 month because it was mandatory. I stopped going there after a week due to the pods being extremely uncomfortable.

Horrible service from Regus in Sydney, Australia. They charge whatever they want, invoices lack any useful detail and when you try to resolve the issues Regus staff just run and hide, ignoring all phone calls and attempts to resolve in person. I could never recommend Regus to any of my business network after this experience!

Horrible experience, awful customer service and not transparent policies. They make you renew the contracts for many months and then auto-renew it a lot before the actual renovation period starts. If you decide that next month or in two months you need to leave, chances are that you will lose money.

So far all is good. Very satisfied with my office and the service and communication with Regus.

Be aware of small print! You are dealing with a rip-off company! No normal company would put running costs in small print.
I needed the office for 3months only to end up paying it for a year, since wasn't careful with the small print and no one mentioned it to me while signing in. After year has gone by I got charge "exit fee" and 3 months of "business continuity", that I never requested. They even charged me for a "welcome package" that I never received! How lame is that?

Walls are paper thin and you can hear people stirring their tea. Service from Agent terrible you book to see a room on Friday and when you turn up on the Monday the room is gone with no follow up and time wasted on the visit! This is just one big office with thin partitions to maximise profit.
