On June 29th 2016 i walked passed this building and was drenched from the upper floors by staff members of a company called Clinch Solicitors, i went in the building and spoke to the two girls on reception who ignored everything that happened to me and protected the culprits who threw the water, the boss of Clinch solicitors came down and ignored me too and eventually denied his staff did it even though they had already apologized, lol. All my documents destroyed with water and treated with the upmost disrespect. It's great to hear Clinch solicitors has since closed down but i will also never forget the way i was treated by the receptionists of this building, protecting culprits, ignoring victims. 1 star for you.
We moved in to the office in November 2013 and both prior to and after moving in we have received a tremendous amount of support and excellent customer service from the Regus team. The office and facilities we use are always kept to a high standard and queries are always dealt with in a timely manner. Overall, we are really pleased with the service we have received and would thoroughly recommend Regus to other businesses!
Having worked in this building for close to ten years I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for office space or for those who have virtual office needs as this space offers both. Everything is at your finger tips. The very competent reception staff will greet your visitors, be the gateway for incoming calls, sort your post and take care of your day to day needs. The management team are there to deal with any additional queries you may have and go that extra mile to ensure that everything is taken care of. Offices are cleaned daily and the building offers small to large meeting rooms to accommodate your business meetings, whether it be for two delegates or for a much larger group of people. A prime location if you are looking for city centre based office space with Manchester Deansgate and Piccadilly right on your doorstep
Regus is a lovely building to work in, all the staff are very welcoming - You are always greeted with a smile! It is clean, tidy and the atmosphere is very professional.
We moved into 53 Fountain St in April this year. The centre staff provided superb support and assistance prior to and during the move and continue to provide exceptional service. I would recommend 53 Fountain St to any organisation requiring office space in Central Manchester.
