About REGUS Leeds Wellington Place
This centre is positioined in the middle of Leeds in Wellington Place, which covers 21 acres and will ultimately provide over three million square feet of offices, residential, hotel, retail and leisure facilities. Extensive River Aire frontage, inspiring public spaces and piazzas and galleries add to its appeal. This development on a grand scale is designed to act as a catalyst for securing Leeds' status as the country's second commercial centre. The vision is to provide an environment that will draw the businesses of the future to this already thriving city. Leeds is already the UK's largest centre for financial and business services outside London with over 30 national and international banks based in the city. Over 120,000 people are employed in knowledge-intensive occupations, making it the largest centre outside the capital for knowledge-based industries, too. It is also known as a top legal centre and has the country's third largest manufacturing base.
Regus Leeds Wellington Place offers a communal kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities.
The compound has a comfortable business lounge allowing its members to stay productive on the move and a smaller break out area to brainstorm ideas.

I needed the office for 3months only to end up paying it for a year, since wasn't careful with the small print and no one mentioned it to me while signing in. After year has gone by I got charge "exit fee" and 3 months of "business continuity", that I never requested. They even charged me for a "welcome package" that I never received! How lame is that?

Linda, (receptionist) was very helpful, helped with the candidates, with our postage, and was use an all round delight to work with. Both room was very neat and presentable when we came in. Would definitely use again.
No parking onsite. Nearest parking is an NCP car park which cost £18 for 3 hours stay.
No parking available only a ridiculously expensive NCP car park at £7 per hour
I spent a day working in the business lounge and was treated like royalty.
Lovely building to work in. Well placed for car parking and the train station.
