About REGUS Leeds Thorpe Park
The Thorpe Park Centre is on the south-eastern outskirts of Leeds within a large, thriving business and retail park which is still expanding and set to become the region's premier out of town location. Clients and visitors receive a warm welcome in the centre's vibrant, modern reception area. I needed the office for 3months only to end up paying it for a year, since wasn't careful with the small print and no one mentioned it to me while signing in. After year has gone by I got charge "exit fee" and 3 months of "business continuity", that I never requested. They even charged me for a "welcome package" that I never received! How lame is that?

Nice and welcoming . Confusing to find anything but when you do it's nice
I found them like second hand car salesmen albeit in a well worn sheepskin coat wearing the obligatory sovereign ring. They tried not to inform me I was signing for a years contract and upon asking why, they did not point this out, the crank in Belfast 'Christian Courtney' laughed and said, ' I am now.' I put the phone straight down. I then get a call from a young pleasant lady saying she is Courtney's supervisor: Strange that, as he lists himself as the SALES MANAGER on the LinkedIn site. Basically Regus, from the Belfast office can-not even lay straight never mind being truthful. I suggest you do deals via their UK branches as if you deal from Belfast they are sure to have your pants down. BEWARE:
The staff are great, nice centre, very professional, unfortunately Regus as a company are useless. High staff turnover which means they lose good people probably due to the dire wages they pay the reception girls/guys. 5 out of 5 for the staff 0/5 for Regus as a company
The staff are great & nothing is too much trouble for them, we moved in and had a couple of teething issues, but these were quickly resolved. Would recommend Regus Thorpe Park to anyone looking for short term or long term office space. The sandwich/coffee area is an added bonus when customers are visiting or you just need a quick snack/lunch
We moved in to the Regus office over 3 years ago and have never looked back. The staff at Thorpe Park have helped us establish, build and grow our company. The office facilities meet our every need and the friendly and professional attitude of the centre staff makes coming to work every day a pleasure.
