Was a paying customer for three weeks before my phone number actually worked. When I called to find out the issue they said they were "behind," but had not been behind in billing me. Were annoyed anytime I asked any questions. For a brand new business to have potential clients calling the listed number to receive "this number is not in service" is irreparable. Who knows how many clients I missed out on?
This is more of a general review of Regus rather this location. Do avoid at all costs: every service they offer is outrageously overpriced, and what's more, due to the fine print you'll have a hell of a time ending your (extremely expensive) contract with them. Customer Service from the online support team is wretched.
Overly expensive! I have 2 people in my office now and was paying $3,500. Now I pay $1,500 an another suite on Broadway.
