HaMifal 1 is a coworking space suitable for industrial designers, graphic designers, interior designers, plastic artists, illustrators, painters and independent architects, freelancers and small business owners.
The work space brings together a joint creative community, hosting various design and art events, galleries, exhibitions, workshops, and lectures from the world of creative art and design.
The complex has large personal workstations that include storage, and its members will enjoy a well-equipped workshop with heavy and light tools. The kitchen in the complex includes a refrigerator, microwave, sink and a coffee spot. You will also find a seating area, a large open balcony, a living room and more.
HaMifal 1 is located at HaMifal 1 Avenue, in Kiryat HaMelacha in Tel Aviv.
Mindspace, the co-working spaces chain, has rented four additional floors of 3,500 sq.m. in Zion House on Rothschild Boulevard and will increase the existing Rothschild branch to 5,200 sq.m.
The opening of the new space is expected at the beginning of next year.
WeWork is negotiating a deal to lease half of the ToHa office tower, which is currently being built on Totzeret Ha'Aretz Street. It is estimated that rents in the common workspace will range from 70-80 NIS per square meter.
