Green Desk provide affordable environmentally responsible office spaces available to rent month to month. Each fully furnished flexible office space is wired with high-speed internet access and a phone line. They have really upgraded the place. Everything is new and shinny. Plus it's much brighter now.
Moving our office to Green Desk was a very good decision. We are paying a fixed price for our office and we have everything included which is great. We have been with Green Desk for over a year and they are constantly adding new amenities and services which are really helpful and things that we would probably not be able to afford having our own private office somewhere. April Wilson is really nice and veru helpful with anything you need. She also organized networking events at the ground floor which give you an opportunity to meet the other tenants in the building and even get new clients. I would definitely recommend to any small business as a probably the best solution for office space in NYC.
I love our new NYC office space at Green Desk. The space is really nice and everything is included. The staff is very attentive and professional. I had a few special requests with our networking and received help with everything so we now have the setup we needed with our network. Moving to Green Desk was a great thing because it let us focus on business without worrying about anything related to managing our office. I love the fresh coffee they brew in the morning.
I was looking for an office space in nyc and I am really happy I found green desk. April was very helpful with everything we needed and was flexible regarding our move in which was a few days before the beginning of the month. We now have a great office for 3 people with all the amenities included in the monthly price which is a great thing and it saves a lot of money. Our electrical bill in our previous office rental used to be almost $500 a month (electricity for commercial use could get very expensive as opposed to residential). Our total monthly rent with green desk is a few hundred dollars above what we used to pay just for electricity in our previous office and it includes everything.
Do not use them. They made a mistake when they explained to me how they pro-rate the month, and they refused to rectify it when i explained it to them. They also took stuff off the deposit they should not have. I could not implore you more to not use this place. They will rip you off somehow.
