I had a contract with these people that I canceled after the first two days. * The advertised hours of 9 to 5 are wrong; the place is only staffed from 10 to 4, and their receptionist usually arrives late, around 10:30. I had a client arrive around 10 a.m. and the place was still locked with no one at the desk. I feel like if a place advertises that it’s open at 9, it should actually be open at 9 and not 10:30. * Management staff is lazy and doesn’t reply to people or take care of things for clients. When I showed up, the room I paid for was locked up and no one was around to open it, despite my having contacted them several days in advance. This was a big problem because I had clients waiting and nowhere to meet them, all because these people didn’t do their job. * On the other hand, they did give me a refund without me having to sue them, which was nice of them. They didn’t reply to my emails so I had to send my bank’s fraud department after them, but once I did they gave the money back. * Additionally, it really is a nice building and area. Obviously it wasn’t competently managed, but the neighborhood and building are really great; the kitchen area is cool and I liked the decorations. There’s a cool bakery around the corner as well as a pub nearby. I’m really sad I wasn’t able to stay here but the service was really unacceptable.
Ledian Space's virtual office service was abysmally bad. They take your money, send you a receipt, then don't tell you any of the pertinent details about your office (for example, the ADDRESS!). Forwarding mail requires filling out a somewhat complex form, and fortunately there is instructions on the form provided by other virtual offices. But Ledian Space certainly doesn't help. They are unreachable by phone -- sure, someone answers, but they're either in India or have literally no idea about anything. They tell you they'll convey your question. But no one ever gets back to you. It is possible to reach someone by email, but they're no clearer and only marginally more helpful. I have no idea about other virtual offices, but I can strongly recommend you avoid this one.
