Did a trial run here as I was looking for a good Co-working space near my house. Convenient location, nice space but definitely not great for anyone wanting to use the open desk/flex areas and not offices. Theres no phone booth area for flex people to take calls, you either have to go outside or sit in the flex area to take them. Since they're an event space, there were multiple loud walk throughs happening and many people who have offices come out into the flex areas to take their calls. Those giving event walk throughs should really be trained to do the walkthrough then go to a separate area to discuss, not near a group of people trying to work. Was told for an extra fee I could reserve a room to take calls but....why would I pay extra for that?? Ive never been to a co-work space that doesn't reserve at least one booth for flex members to use when they need quiet for calls. I'm glad I did a free trial day because if I was paying for an open desk membership to get treated lesser than people paying for offices I would be very upset. Space has a lot of potential for all members but not being executed well.
I attended a fabulous networking affair. Brooklyn Commons is a wonderful location to host most gatherings. Clean, different size rooms and airy. I enjoyed the complete experience.
It's an Ok looking place. Not too fancy not so bad either. It's just that they don't it clearly mentioned what place they are unless you approach the receptionist and confirm it for yourself. Interior is fine. And the offices inside are average . I am not sure about the summer time but it wasn't not too cold in winters when I visited. There are multiple companies having their offices in this place mostly the startups. It's on 2nd floor of the building.
I had the pleasure of showcasing my work at Brooklyn commons and it was a great experience. The staff and people were awesome. Great place for small starts ups and networking.
I like this place. The space is set up nicely with closed offices and open conference tables. Very entrepreneurial and affordable for most. Wish I had more of a reason to be there.
