Biurco

Since April 2018, Biurco has been operating in a new space practically in the heart of Warsaw, one step away from the Rondo ONZ communication hub and the Central Station. The downtown location is of course prestige, but above all convenience and ease of getting from anywhere, both in the city and outside. The office occupies the entire second floor of a modern tenement house, whose external form and interior loosely refer to the best Warsaw tenement houses: a high, cozy and sunny place, while maintaining a neutral decor, leaving room for the residents' own creation. The office, with the exception of the reception and leisure area, consists of many separate rooms - this unusual arrangement for coworking (no large open space) is the result of many years of observations of the creators of the place according to which such work provides better privacy and the ability to focus and greater security especially today an important aspect of office work. The place allows you to rent a single desk in a several-person room, as well as the entire room for exclusive use. At the same time, a large reception area with sofas and a comfortable, bright kitchen with a large table are a natural place of interaction for office residents. In this way, the office and coworking were effectively connected.

At the disposal of the tenants there is a coffee bar with a coffee machine, tea and unlimited water.

Spacious lounge area with comfortable couch and armchairs and coffee bar - a place to relax and have a cup of coffee in a less formal, almost café atmosphere.
